Foam rockets, spinning tops, racing cars… Indoors? Oh my!
Pueblo, Colorado is Steel City and home to the Steelworks Museum. In 1901, the Steelworks Museum provided eye exams for steelworkers and their families. But that was then.
This Saturday, January 10th, kids of all ages & their families will gather at the Steelworks Museum for a FREE, interactive, hands-on science workshop. Explore Newton’s laws of gravity, motion, and force while building toys with simple materials and skilled instructors.
The rocking good time for the whole family… er, educational workshop… begins at 1:00pm and ends at 3:00.
While the event is free, space is limited so make sure you RSVP (that phone number is: 719-564-9086)
While you’re there, don’t forget to take a photo in front of the wooden CF&I Mine Rescue Car out front!
Then post the picture to our Facebook page!
Can’t make it there this Saturday? No worries. Every Saturday is Free Science Saturday at the Steelworks Museum.
And the wooden CF&I Mine Rescue Car will still be there.
So will our Facebook page.
