Recently, a Facebook follower approached us with her No Excuse Mom event! It’s a FREE event! (And who doesn’t like FREE??) They meet weekly (Thursday evenings at Cattail Crossing in Pueblo West and Tuesday Mornings at the Pueblo Riverwalk) for a fun FREE workout and walk!
This is a great chance to get out and meet some new Mom Friends! All fitness levels are welcome – and a good friend who has attended told me that this is definitely true! So with the kiddo’s going back to school? This is a great chance to do something for yourself and help to achieve some of your fitness goals while having fun!
