For Teens and Adults

Join certified yoga instructor, Renee Montano, for this class designed for all fitness levels. Please bring your own mat or towel to Greenhorn Valley Library. The hour-long class will meet in the GHV Charles Burns Community Room t 6 pm.

Apart from the spiritual goals, the physical postures of yoga are used to alleviate health problems, reduce stress and make the spine supple in contemporary times. Yoga is also used as a complete exercise program and physical therapy routine
